From July 2018 to June 2019, our team managed the content and growth strategy for Bank DBS Indonesia's complete social media portfolio, including Instagram, YouTube, the general DBS Indonesia Facebook page, and the specialized DBS Foundation page.

Our primary mission was to transform the bank's digital presence from a sales platform into a trusted source of value. We focused on creating daily, diverse content covering key topics: wealth management, digital banking insights, and engaging lifestyle articles and videos.
Strategy and Execution

The core of our strategy was Content First, Community Always. We deliberately minimized hard-selling, choosing instead to build genuine trust through expertise and showcase the bank's purpose via "Force for Good" stories from the DBS Foundation.
All content was treated as a strategic asset, with key topics amplified through targeted ads and influencer partnerships to maximize reach and conversion.
Measurable Results

Over the single-year period, this strategy delivered tangible growth and high engagement across all managed channels:
Follower Increase: 27,425 new followers gained.
Content Volume: A substantial output of 870 posts published.
Total Interaction: 131,830 meaningful interactions generated, demonstrating the content successfully drove both community loyalty and account growth.

We successfully repositioned DBS's social channels as platforms where professional banking expertise meets relevant lifestyle and purpose-driven content.
