Challenge
Schneider Electric has a diverse portfolio of products across various business units that need to be promoted on social media. Given the different products and varied B2C and B2B targets, an approach that is easily digestible for the audience is required, especially on Instagram, while upholding the core spirit of sustainability.
Solution
We run the Schneider Electric social media account with consumer and collaborative approach, making SE’s product features and solutions easily accessible to the audience. We create content tailored to the specific characteristics of each product/solution by collaborating with the brand team in developing ideas and campaigns. The example is #GerakanListrikAman content, with its #NgulikListrik series, which provides education on electrical safety.
Activities
We streamlined complex product information by converting existing cookbooks/playbooks into easily digestible visual content (images & videos).
